Reformis announces new management team for growth and international expansion
Reformis, the London, New York and Boston based buy-side Consultancy has, following a successful completion of a share buy-back, appointed a new management team to help the company meet an ambitious 3 year growth objective.
Paul McPhater assumes the role of Chairperson and will work closely with Brian Woodham who continues in his role as Global CEO.
Simon Hammond will move to the role of COO and Rav Swamy will continue his role as CEO (Americas) but with a remit to look at further expansion across other geographic locations.
In addition, the management team will be further strengthened by Adam Davis as Global Data Management Practice Lead and Katherine Lynch as Global Front Office Practice Lead. A further announcement about a new Global Client and Regulatory Reporting Practice Lead will follow shortly.
This will take the management team to 7 members of staff, each of which will bring vast experience of complex software implementations within the Buy-Side sector. The team will be responsible for helping Reformis maintain an extended period of growth across its core consultancy business, by looking at new offerings, new vendor partnerships and a wider global reach. They will also continue to build the wider Reformis team and prime the business for expansion, such is the growing demand for Reformis services.
In line with our on-going expansion plans, Reformis are also pleased to announce the opening of our Los Angeles office to further serve our growing West Coast client base.
