Reformis successfully implements IHS Markit EDM for Pzena Investment Management
New York, NY – May 18, 2020
Reformis is pleased to announce yet another successful implementation of IHS Markit EDM as the data management solution for Pzena Investment Management. As part of their advisory practice, Reformis initiated a discovery assessment followed by a future state solution outline and executed a vendor selection process. Upon completion of the advisory phase, Reformis was extended to lead the full implementation phase of IHS Markit EDM.
Pzena Investment Management manages client assets across a range of value investing strategies on behalf of institutions, high net worth individuals, and select third party distributed mutual funds. Pzena’s ambitious growth plans and the increasing demands of data have led to a vision for a new data strategy that will drive a data governance framework across the firm and the utilization of new technologies that will help scale the business. Reformis was selected as the business and technology consultancy to advise and assist in transforming the vision into a reality.
“Philosophically we look to establish real partnerships with any third-party we choose to work with. Reformis was no different and we quickly found the quality of their people and their associated work ethic to be a fantastic match with our culture. We worked side-by-side to build a complex data solution that lays a foundation for our future. We couldn’t be happier with the work that was done and now have a team that we know we can call on anytime we need help in the future.” – Evan Fire, COO of Pzena Investment Management
“Pzena and Reformis were able to create a great working relationship, working as a single unit to achieve innovative solutions to complex issues. We are ecstatic with the outcome of this partnership and are honored that Pzena chose Reformis to be part of their extended family.” – Rav Swamy, CEO of Americas Reformis
Reformis consultants were initially on-site and successfully transitioned to working remotely in completing the implementation due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
